Our doors are open to all the lifeguards who want to join the team by donating their time, knowledge and experience to enrich the program and guarantee the safety of our sea.

We are looking for certified and active lifeguards around the world to join us as a volunteers in exchange for accommodation and meals in our headquarters, permanent training in our gym, and all the benefits of working with the Santa Teresa Lifeguards.
