Join the Academy

We are proud to announce the 2026 Santa Teresa Lifeguard Academy, open to anyone who wants to become a certified lifeguard as well as already-certified lifeguards looking to strengthen their skills in our ocean’s demanding conditions. This year’s academy will be held on the beach we call home — Santa Teresa — from May 4 to May 10, 2026.

The academy is more than just a course. It is an opportunity to connect with the ocean, learn from experienced instructors, and become part of a community that puts safety and service first. Participants will spend five days in training based on international standards, followed by two days volunteering on our lifeguard towers, protecting beachgoers alongside our team.
