Santa Teresa is getting a live surf camera.

Check conditions before you leave the house. And fund the lifeguards while you do it.

Every season brings more surfers, more swimmers, more visitors. Our lifeguards are volunteers, and the demand on them keeps growing: prevention, rescues, emergencies, with limited resources.

So together with Nomads community we built a model where the beach pays for its own safety:

1️⃣ Donations fund the camera. $5,000 covers equipment, wiring, power, delivery and installation. Every line itemsed on the page.

2️⃣ Once live, a small monthly subscription unlocks the feed, and that recurring income supports the lifeguards. Every month, not just once.

The camera shows general conditions. It doesn’t replace lifeguards, flags or official safety info. It funds the people who do that job.
